Whiskers certainly are a cat’s defining trait - but when you have exceptional whiskers, you also get named Whiskers!

Meet Whiskers (Ūsas in Lithuanian) who’s a charming male cat almost 2.5 years old. Whiskers is an adorable and exceptionally brave cat who’s your true friend from the very first interaction. He loves being held and will literally jump into your lap (or on your neck) if you don’t intend to hold him.

Besides being a lap cat, Whiskers is also a real purrer and friendly with dogs, but not so much with other cats (at least at the present moment). Therefore, he’d appreciate being the only cat in the house.

Oh, and did we mention that he can turn the doorknob by himself to open doors? He can’t lock and unlock them yet, but we’re sure he’ll learn this soon too!

Whiskers was found abandoned in one Lithuanian village and is living in the shelter since this summer. He’s hoping to find his furever home very soon!
